Digital Analysis & Optimization: Analyze existing digital tools, platforms, and systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Data-Driven Decision Making: Gather, process, and interpret data to provide insights that support digital strategies. Technology Implementation & Integration: Assist in the deployment and integration of new digital solutions with existing IT infrastructure. User Experience Enhancement: Work with UX/UI teams to improve digital applications and platforms for better user engagement. System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure the smooth functioning of digital systems by identifying and resolving technical issues. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals. Security & Compliance: Ensure that digital solutions adhere to cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements. Reporting & Documentation: Create dashboards, reports, and technical documentation to track the performance of digital projects. Market & Technology Research: Stay updated on emerging digital trends and recommend new tools or methodologies to enhance IT capabilities. 1. Defining business requirements in consensus with the business stakeholders 2. Identify and interview various stakeholders for a given business problem to understand business needs 3. Experience in working with design thinking concept, having created one or more solutions using Design Thinking 4. Perform detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business 5. Create Business Requirements Document with functional and non-functional requirements 6. Preliminary budgeting for the solution 7. Help in preparation & validation of test strategy and test cases for products & applications 8. Monitoring progress throughout the development lifecycle of the product / application and intervening as needed 9. Bring regular cadence to governance meetings and stakeholder management 10. Monitor project progress and prepare management reporting 11. Bring outside-in perspective on newer digital solutions being adopted by competitors or industries 12. Deeper understanding about IT systems and infrastructure 13. Ensure digital adoption is at highest levels 14. Ideate and execute digital transformation projects and increase digital maturity
