In this role, you will be responsible for: - **Client Servicing:** Leading client relationships, managing expectations and deliverables, identifying communication needs, guiding clients on integrated partnership strategies, and measuring business impact in real-time. - **Project Management:** Leading and executing client projects from start to finish with support from internal team members. - **Team Management:** Leading and managing multiple teams across various accounts, ensuring clear communication, work allocation, and driving the organizational culture of excellence. - **Planning:** Leading planning for campaigns, engagements, and new business pitches on various accounts, as well as building a strong succession plan for your team. - **Account Operations:** Ensuring the smooth functioning of accounts internally, coordinating with key stakeholders, and possessing in-depth understanding of scope of work and monetization strategies.
