🎨 FULL-TIME GRAPHIC DESIGNER – Product Design and Digital Branding Company: DigiPants (Creative + Performance Marketing Studio) Location: Lucknow-based preferred (Hybrid Optional) ✨ About the Role: We're looking for a multi-talented, full-time graphic designer who can take ownership of our ongoing DigiPants creative projects including social media content, ad creatives, branding, pitch decks, and more. This is a long-term opportunity for a designer who understands trends, aesthetics, pop culture, and visual storytelling. You’ll work closely with the founder and content team to design merch, brand kits, and marketing campaigns that people actually want to wear and share. 🧠 What You’ll Work On: Create original product designs Design Instagram & Facebook post creatives, stories, highlight covers Design logo variations, pitch decks, digital ads, mockups Convert concepts and moodboards into beautiful visuals Occasionally assist with website UI layouts, landing pages 🧰 What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years experience (fresh talent with strong portfolio can apply) Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator , Photoshop , Canva , and optionally Figma Solid understanding of Gen Z & Millennial trends Ability to design for fashion, branding, memes, and marketing Knowledge of design for print (DPI, CMYK, bleed, POD layouts, etc.) Bonus: Basic animation/video editing for reels 🎯 Soft Skills: Can take ownership of projects and manage timelines Eye for detail and modern aesthetics Understands feedback, applies it quickly Positive mindset, loves experimenting with trends 📦 What You’ll Get: Fixed monthly salary (based on skill/experience) Bonuses on high-performing merch Portfolio exposure on real brand projects Creative freedom and founder-level mentorship Long-term growth opportunity within DigiPants Deadline to apply: 15th July 2025
