Responsibilities:- ➢ Virtual (Online- tele/chat) Counseling patients with different medical conditions, different age groups to help them manage their conditions. ➢ Tracking their progress and helping them follow the Meal plan ➢ Providing appropriate dietary & therapeutic guidelines, customized diet plans, engaging with them. ➢ Taking Regular follow ups to track their progress and motivate the clients to stay consistent in their efforts.
