Role Overview The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies across all digital channels — including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, and Affiliates — with a clear focus on ROI and brand consistency. This role demands a data-driven strategist with strong leadership and hands-on campaign experience in fashion e-commerce. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Paid Social, and Affiliates). Develop full-funnel marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and retention across global markets. Manage and monitor performance KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, LTV) to ensure budget efficiency and revenue growth. Collaborate with the creative, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to align campaign messaging with Diesel’s brand direction and product priorities. Coordinate external agency and media partner relationships, ensuring strategic consistency and best-in-class execution. Conduct ongoing testing (audience, creatives, bidding, landing pages) to maximize performance outcomes. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations. Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and new technologies within the performance marketing ecosystem. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media , ideally within fashion, luxury, or e-commerce industries. Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager , and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk). Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and marketing analytics (GA4, Looker, Data Studio). Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Passion for digital culture, creative experimentation, and disruptive branding. Fluent in English; Italian or other European languages are a plus.
