Provide direct patient care as per the consultant’s instructions and nursing protocols. Administer medications, IV infusions, and injections accurately and on time. Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient progress. Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies. Maintain cleanliness, infection control, and patient hygiene within the ward/Icu . Prepare and maintain nursing records, Reports, and documentation accurately. Handle patient admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently. Educate patients and attendants regarding post-care instructions and health maintenance.
