Job Title: Head Digital Marketing (Education Sector) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our online marketing and admissions campaigns. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution skills to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and ROI across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with admissions and brand-building goals. Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and SEO. Drive lead generation and conversion optimization for MBA, MCA, and other academic programs. Manage and optimize budgets for maximum ROI. Oversee social media campaigns, content calendars, and engagement strategies. Track, measure, and report campaign performance using GA4, Data Studio, CRM tools. Lead and mentor a digital marketing team; coordinate with agencies/vendors. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital innovations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads), SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing Automation. Solid understanding of lead funnels, admissions cycles, and conversion metrics. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, CRM/Marketing tools. Prior experience in Education / EdTech / Service Industry is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
