Job Description

Responsibilities: Experience in conducting financial analysis and due diligence for project finance transactions, including financial modeling, DSCR, ISCR calculations, and risk assessment. Structure financing solutions for projects, negotiating terms with lenders and other stakeholders to optimize funding arrangements. Prepare and review investment memos, presentations, and project reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting project economics, risks, and recommendations. Manage project budgets, monitoring financial performance, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project feasibility, identify investment opportunities, and develop business strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and clients. Perform financial and risk analysis for credit rating assignments and prepare credit notes, rating rationales, and client assessments. Raise debt funds for projects, including corporate NCDs, WCDLs, STLS, CPs, and Non-Fund limits. Work closely with credit rating agencies to obtain credit ratings for the company and project SPVs. Develop and implement new financing structures to optimize the utilization of funds and reduce overall finance costs. Prepare monthly debt dashboards and other financial reports for senior management.
