Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electronic Manufacturing professional under 45 years of age with 18 to 20 years of manufacturing experience in power electronics assembly companies. The position is based in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the operations of electronic manufacturing plants, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve high performance levels.

Job Requirements

B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics from one of the Top 50 Engineering institutes in India.
Minimum 18 years of manufacturing experience in power electronics assembly companies.
Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Only those who can give themselves 8/10 marks in Electronics assembly core knowledge should contact us.
Initial hiring as AGM with prospects of becoming SBU head in 2 years time.
