Job Description

As a C & I Channel Sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and deploying the C & I business. Your role will involve managing various pipes such as Electrical Distributors, Contractors & Panel Builders, Industrial SI, IAD & OEM. You will work closely with the National Sales Team and collaborate with segment owners to excel as a V2 in top accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize resources within National Sales & Central Team Organization to convert opportunities - Develop a business plan to collaborate with the Pipes (ED, IAD, Contractor & Panel Builder, OEM & Industrial SI) to increase market share in Non-IT Segments in the assigned territory - Engage with top accounts as V2 leveraging the Non-IT Segment Teams - Gather market size, market opportunity details, competitive data, and market-level price targets for proposed solutions in coordination with Business Development Teams - Identify and establish strong partnerships in Electrical & Industrial Channels to enhance business in the assigned territory - Work with the Marketing Team to create and implement a comprehensive Strategic Market plan in C & I Segments Qualifications Required: - Highly entrepreneurial, self-starter with strong leadership skills - Well-versed with Secure Power offers - Familiarity with the Electrical & Industrial channel (added advantage) - Understanding of the C & I Business including customer pain points, solution value propositioning & solution positioning - Experience in out-of-the-box & strategic thinking - Commercial acumen with direct experience in C & I Segments (CPG, healthcare, Mobility, O & G, MMM) - Focus on Developing New Business - Ability to work in a Matrixed Environment with multiple stakeholders including National sales, Segment, Central Team, Industrial BU (preferred) - Proven experience in competitive landscape, industry stakeholders & influencers, solution value proposition, go-to-market plans, partner and marketing readiness, and execution of channel go-to-market strategies Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (BE Electrical) required, MBA would be an added advantage - Experience: 8+ years in a Sales / Business Development Role Please note that the job schedule is Full-time and the requisition number is 009H90.,
