JOB DESCRIPTION DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE Department: Marketing & Business Development Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Head Employment Type: Full-Time ROLE OVERVIEW The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing activities to generate qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales growth. The role focuses on online platforms including social media, search engines, websites, and paid advertising channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Digital Campaign Management Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.). Optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions. Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics. 2. Social Media Management Manage company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create content calendars (posts, reels, stories, videos). Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives. Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries professionally. 3. Lead Generation & CRM Support Generate and qualify leads through digital channels. Ensure proper lead capture, tagging, and follow-up coordination with the sales team. Maintain lead data accuracy and campaign-wise tracking. 4. Website & SEO Management Coordinate website content updates (projects, services, blogs, contact pages). Implement basic on-page SEO (keywords, meta tags, headings). Monitor website traffic and conversion performance. 5. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing) Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Budget planning, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ROI optimization. Reduce cost per lead while maintaining lead quality. 6. Branding & Online Presence Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity online. Support online reputation management (reviews, ratings, responses). Assist in digital launch campaigns for new projects. 7. Reporting & Analytics Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports. Analyze performance data and suggest improvements. Present insights to management for decision-making. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
