DevSecOps Program Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a DevSecOps Program Manager to join our engineering teams at our office in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai. Responsibilities: 5+ Years of hands-on experience into Project/Program Manager Lead and manage a team of DevSecOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Oversee the design, implementation, and management of Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability of applications. Coordinate the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate the deployment process. Ensure the implementation and management of integration tools for continuous delivery and GitOps workflows. Supervise the configuration and management of API Gateway management and security. Oversee the deployment and management of service mesh solutions to enhance microservices communication and security. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance. Manage the development and maintenance of infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management. Serve as a Kubernetes orchestration expert, providing guidance and best practices for container orchestration and management. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure. Ensure team proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Key Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in managing DevSecOps teams. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI and analytics applications. Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps. Certification in Kubernetes, AWS, or other relevant technologies.
