Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Dev(Sec)Ops Lead with a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to lead and manage cloud infrastructure and deployment operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GCP services, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation using Terraform, and security best practices within DevOps. This is an onsite role, requiring presence in the office 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end DevOps practices on GCP infrastructure. Design and implement scalable solutions using GCP services including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, VPC, and IAM. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (IaC). Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools. Ensure security best practices (DevSecOps) are followed across all environments. Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams for seamless deployments. Troubleshoot performance, deployment, and infrastructure issues. Monitor systems and suggest performance improvements proactively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud Storage, VPC, GKE Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation Proven knowledge in building and managing CI/CD pipelines Proficiency in Scripting (Bash, Shell, Python) for automation Familiar with DevSecOps principles and security automation Good understanding of containerization and orchestration with Docker & Kubernetes Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field GCP or Terraform certifications are a plus Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Why Join Us?
