Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Security Integration:
Design, implement, and manage security controls and automation within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
Vulnerability Management:
Conduct static application security testing (SAST), dynamic application security testing (DAST), and software composition analysis (SCA) to identify, evaluate, and remediate vulnerabilities in code and infrastructure.
Infrastructure Security:
Secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes), implementing best practices like IAM, network security, and data encryption.
Automation:
Develop and maintain scripts and tools using languages like Python or Bash to automate security tasks, compliance checks, and operational processes.
Incident Response & Monitoring:
Implement and manage security monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana) and support incident response activities, including root cause analysis.
Collaboration & Guidance:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for security best practices, provide guidance on secure coding, and contribute to security architecture design and code reviews.
Compliance & Policy:
Develop, enforce, and document security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS).
