Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operational Engineer with 6-9 years of experience to work on weekends as primary criteria. The ideal candidate should be based in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to AWS cloud services, including SQS, SNS, DynomoDB, EKS, and others.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve operational issues and improve system efficiency.
Monitor and analyze logs using tools like Datadog, Splunk, and Grafana to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain scripts using Python and shell scripting to automate tasks and improve productivity.
Work closely with the ServiceNow team to ensure seamless integration of new features and changes.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems and applications.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including SQS, SNS, DynomoDB, EKS, and others.
Experience with SQL databases, such as Postgres and Cassandra.
Familiarity with ControlM/Autosys/Airflow workflow management tools.
Knowledge of monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, and Grafana.
Proficiency in Python and shell scripting languages.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
