Responsibilities Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process. Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure. Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance communication and workflow. Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and security practices for system health. Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide regular project updates. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration: Bridge the gap between development and operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration. Conduct regular meetings to ensure project goals align with business objectives. Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team. Requirements and skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer and Project Manager. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and infrastructure management. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation tasks. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, PMP) are a plus.
