About the Role: As a DevOps Engineer at OptIQ, you will: - Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end infrastructure and services for OptIQs innovative platform. - Solve complex engineering challenges, including building high-throughput data pipelines for machine learning jobs handling petabyte-scale data. - Lead and mentor a team of dynamic engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. - Take ownership of critical architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technologies, drive impactful solutions, and be a pivotal part of a company that is transforming the data security market. What You ll Bring Experience: 8+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles. Technical Expertise: - Strong expertise in at least 2 cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Certifications: Should have worked compliance certifications like ISO, SOC2, PIC-DSS, and HIPAA. - Must have worked on on-prem systems - Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD. - Skilled in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack. - Programming: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and knowledge of at least one programming language. - Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with customers, problem-solving abilities, and experience in cross-functional team collaboration. Mindset: - Entrepreneurial spirit with a "get-things-done" attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. - Comfort working in an unstructured, fast-paced startup environment. - Passion for solving complex problems and driving innovation in a high-growth company. Education: B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
