Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 5 Years in DevOps) Location: Gurgaon Domain Preference: Travel Industry Experience Preferred Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of overall experience and at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in DevOps practices. Experience in the travel domain is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in cloud platforms (especially Azure ), CI/CD pipeline development, and AI/ML deployment support. The role requires a strong mix of technical capabilities and management acumen to successfully support and enhance our DevOps operations. Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements, business objectives, and project KPIs to align DevOps practices with project goals Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software application delivery Implement and manage infrastructure and automation tools across development, testing, and production environments Set up and maintain tools and environments on Azure (mandatory); exposure to AWS and GCP is a plus Support and deploy AI/ML models in collaboration with Data Science teams Define and manage end-to-end processes for code integration, testing, deployment, and updates Monitor applications and infrastructure throughout the lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and automation Perform troubleshooting and bug fixes with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement Implement cybersecurity best practices including regular vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Maintain clear documentation and ensure alignment with internal and external audit/compliance requirements Select, configure, and manage appropriate CI/CD tools Promote DevOps best practices and mentor junior engineers on tools, processes, and mindset Manage incident response, reporting, and resolution processes Monitor and report on key DevOps metrics and customer satisfaction KPIs Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of overall experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a DevOps role Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools and infrastructure Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and management Exposure to AI/ML model deployment workflows Working knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM templates) Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) Experience in agile development and project management methodologies Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in the travel domain (airlines, online travel agencies, hospitality platforms, etc.) Certifications such as: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): Have you worked on Travel Projects or Travel Domain w.r.t DevOps Experience: DevOps: 5 years (Required) Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Required) Work Location: In person
