Hiring for US Based Manufacturing Company for the location -Kolkata Job Title: R&D Engineer Looking for Immediate Joiners or who can Join within 15-20 Days. Location: Gurgaon Budget: Upto 14-18 LPA Shifts: General Shift (Timing - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) Contract Tenure: 2 years (Contract will be extended after every 6month up to 2 years) on the payroll of Mynd solution. Interested candidates can share CV at Pratibha@myndsol.com Job description Job Summary: We are looking for someone with 3-5+ Years of hands-on experience in Continuous Integration/Delivery design/deploy/operations (DevOps). The candidate should have a good understanding of source code management (Bitbucket or similar), compilers, Jenkins configuration, Artifactory, Docker, package managers, using on premise systems (VM, containers) and cloud providers. In addition, experience in deployment and maintenance of infrastructure using IaaC (Infrastructure as Code) concepts and tools. Responsibilities: Work with developers to understand the application dependencies, compile and include the dependencies in the application installation package. Maintain and manage the build pipelines and infrastructure. Build the required deliverables, such as OVA, QCOW, AWS AMI images, Docker images, RPM packages, and others. Monitor and Troubleshoot build systems and other infrastructure to support Dev teams. Maintaining all artifacts on distribution server. Basic sanity testing of builds during handoff including deployment of artifacts and running basic integration tests. Automation of tasks. Primary Skills: Hands-on Experience in Configuration Management, Build/Release and DevOps Activities. Understand the standard release branching and tagging strategies. Hands-on experience in Version control tools. Experience in Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins or Gitlab. Good working knowledge on JIRA. Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash. Hands-on experience using IaaC tools; Ansible, Terraform, and so on. Hands-on experience using containers and container management systems. Other Skills: Have an automation mindset. Have a growth mindset, always learning. Understand of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Production Engineering (PE) concepts Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills. Innovative and self-starter. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Detailed and analytical orientation. Problem solving and debugging/ troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Experience range: 3+ years hands on experience in Build activities.
