In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and product management, to support the deployment and automation of our software products. Your focus will be on maintaining cloud computing infrastructure, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing system performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Maintain and evolve our cloud computing infrastructure, focusing on cloud security, scaling, cost optimization, and automation. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD release pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency. Drive continuous improvements to existing infrastructure, tools, and processes. Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into production seamlessly. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within systems and processes, implementing minor changes as necessary. Oversee the writing and optimization of scripts based on the PHP Laravel framework. Ensure adherence to security best practices and monitoring protocols. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience AWS Certification is preferred Must not have a criminal background Knowledge Areas: AWS: EC2, Lambda, EBS, ECS, EKS, RDS/Aurora, S3, EFS, SNS, SQS, Elasticache Redis, Opensearch, IAM Infrastructure and Automation Tools: Terraform, Ansible Containerization and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes Version Control and CI/CD Tools: Gitlab, Harness Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence Security and Monitoring Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud infrastructure: AWS Strong Linux administration skills Knowledge of OS, infrastructure, and TCP/IP networking concepts Familiarity with source control (Git) and SDLC practices Experience working with relational databases or NoSQL databases Experience using scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, etc. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Role & responsibilities
