DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at OptiFii. This full-time role requires min 2-3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Fintech and eager to contribute to our continuous growth and improvement.

Location - Mumbai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

•      Collaborate with development and IT teams to improve system reliability and performance through continuous integration and delivery practices.

•      Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

•      Automate configuration management and deployment processes using tools such as Ansible and

Terraform.

•      Develop and maintain effective CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure quality and efficiency in

software deployments.

•      Implement and manage monitoring solutions for early detection of system issues using tools like

Prometheus.

•      Work closely with the engineering team to analyse and optimize system performance and

scalability.

•      Ensure robust version control and code management practices through Git, fostering effective

team collaboration.

•      Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to improve our development and

operational processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•      A strong foundation in cloud services, with specific experience using AWS for application

deployment and management.

•      Proficiency in containerization technologies, especially Docker, to manage and streamline

development processes.

•      Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes, ensuring system scalability

and reliability.

•      Experience integrating open-source tools like Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous

delivery processes.

•      Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible to automate complex networks

and applications.

•      Proficiency in using infrastructure as code tools, especially Terraform, to automate resource

provisioning.

•      Strong understanding of version control systems, with a focus on Git for efficient code

management and collaboration.

•      Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus for effective performance monitoring and

alerting.
