DevOps Engineer L4

Role Overview: As a DevOps Engineer L4 at Wipro Limited, your role involves working with Application teams and developers to facilitate better coordination amongst operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes. Your primary focus will be on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications. You will be responsible for planning and executing the DevOps pipeline that supports the application life cycle across the DevOps toolchain, managing the IT infrastructure as per the requirement of the supported software code, on-boarding applications on the DevOps tool, and providing user access workflows as per the defined process. Collaborating with development staff to tackle the coding and scripting required to connect elements of the code for software release with operating systems and production infrastructure will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Align and focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications - Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline supporting the application life cycle across the DevOps toolchain - Manage the IT infrastructure based on the supported software code requirements - On-board applications on the DevOps tool and configure them as per clients" needs - Create user access workflows and provide user access following the defined process - Build and engineer the DevOps tool as per the customization suggested by the client - Collaborate with development staff on coding and scripting needed for software release - Leverage tools to automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment - Provide customer support/service on DevOps tools - Timely support internal and external customers on multiple platforms - Address and resolve tickets raised on these tools within a specified TAT - Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of critical/repeatable issues Qualification Required: - Mandatory Skills: DevOps - Experience: 5-8 years Additional Company Details: Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO) is a leading technology services and consulting company with a focus on building innovative solutions for clients" most complex digital transformation needs.
