DevOps Engineer L4

Role Overview: You will work with Application teams and developers to enhance coordination among operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Align and focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications - Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline supporting the application life cycle across the DevOps toolchain - Manage the IT infrastructure based on the requirements of the supported software code - On-board applications on the DevOps tool and configure them as per client needs - Create user access workflows and provide user access following defined processes - Build and engineer the DevOps tool as per client customization suggestions - Collaborate with development staff to address coding and scripting requirements for software release operation - Utilize tools for automation of testing & deployment in a Dev-Ops environment - Provide customer support/service on the DevOps tools - Offer timely support to internal & external customers on multiple platforms - Address and resolve raised tickets on these tools within specified TAT - Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of critical/repeatable issues Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field Additional Company Details: You will be part of Wipro, an end-to-end digital transformation partner with ambitious goals.
