DevOps Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a Devops Engineer to be involved in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). The role includes designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, modifying, and deploying applications. Responsibilities -Design and implement solutions based on business requirements. -Develop, test, and document high-quality code. -Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for AWS cloud deployment. -Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. -Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and maintain confidentiality of proprietary data. -Continuously improve systems through data-driven analysis and trend reporting. -Effectively manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. -10+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, including C# and ASP.NET. Required Skills -Proficiency in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js) and back-end (API development). -Strong expertise in SQL (ad-hoc queries) and database management with MSSQL & PostgreSQL. -Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Technologies (S3, ECS, API Gateway). -Exposure to Azure Cloud Technologies. -Experience with version control systems (TFS, DevOps, Git). -Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration in AWS. -Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and UI for web and Windows applications. -Solid troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. -Commitment to writing clean, well-documented, and testable code. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills -Strong understanding of responsive design principles. -Innovative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking. -Familiarity with Agile methodologies. -Knowledge of telephony and contact center concepts. -Experience with network programming and understanding of network concepts.
