Devops Engineer

Requirements:

We are seeking a immediate DevOps Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in CI/CD automation and build/release management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure DevOps, including GIT version control and pipeline creation (classic and YAML), along with deep experience in PowerShell scripting for automation. Knowledge of .NET / C# projects, including Visual Studio solutions, MSBuild, and project configuration, is essential.

Experience in working on the Windows environment is a must. Exposure to Terraform, JFrog Artifactory, or SonarQube integration will be an added advantage. This position requires working from the customers premises in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using both classic and YAML-based workflows.

* Manage GIT repositories, branching strategies, and version control best practices.

* Automate build and deployment processes using PowerShell scripts and MSBuild tools.

* Collaborate with development teams to streamline integration and deployment of .NET/C# applications.

* Configure and maintain build definitions, release pipelines, and environment-specific parameters.

* Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform (if applicable).

* Integrate build pipelines with tools like JFrog Artifactory and SonarQube for artifact management and code quality.

* Monitor and troubleshoot build/release issues to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.

* Maintain documentation for build, deployment, and automation procedures.

* Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing build and release workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 4-5 years of experience in DevOps engineering with a focus on Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

* Strong hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and deployment.

* Good understanding of .NET / C# solutions, Visual Studio projects, and MSBuild tools.

* Proficiency in GIT version control, branching, and merging workflows.

* Experience in managing build and release pipelines (classic and YAML).

* Familiarity with Windows-based environments and deployment practices.

* Added advantage: experience with Terraform, JFrog Artifactory, or SonarQube integration.

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
