Dezerv is co-founded by Sandeep Jethwani, Vaibhav Porwal, and Sahil Contractor They have led and founded successful wealth management businesses and managed over USD 7 billion in assets The Dezerv team brings together decades of investing expertise from leading global financial institutions like JP Morgan, UBS, BNP Paribas, etc Our team of experts monitor the performance of portfolios and rebalance them if required to ensure long-term success We are backed by marque firms like Premji Invest, Accel, Elevation, Matrix, etc Since inception, our clients have trusted us with over 13000+ crs of their assetsWhy are we building DezervInvesting is stressful and emotional Building growing wealth is difficult and time-consuming Most individuals struggle with managing their investments and money Our goal is to help individuals grow their wealth without the stress, time, and costs involved in a traditional investment At Dezerv, We are building a platform that leverages our decades of investment expertise to help individuals invest better for their futureWhat are we trying to solve/missionWe are passionate about helping Indians invest better We manage investments with active oversight to help both, sophisticated and new investors build long term wealth across various market conditionsAbout the role:We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our applicationsKey Responsibilities: Design, implement manage our AWS cloud infrastructure, utilizing services such as EKS, ECR, Step Functions, Lambda, S3 and CloudFront Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using tools like Terraform, GitHub, Actions, and GitHub Workflows to streamline the deployment process Manage Kubernetes clusters and orchestrate the deployment of containerized applications Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Grafana and Loki to ensure health and performance of our systems Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Implement and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and disaster recovery Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to our infrastructure and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reliabilityRequirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field 1-3 years of experience working in a DevOps or similar role Proficiency in managing AWS services such as EKS, ECR, Step Functions, Lambda, S3, and CloudFront Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration Understanding of networking principles and experience with configuring and troubleshooting network components in cloud environments Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code principles and experience with Terraform Skilled in shell/python scripting Hands-on experience with version control systems, particularly GitHub Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like GitHub Actions and GitHub Workflows Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and Loki Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication collaborative skillsPreferred Qualifications: AWS Certification (eg, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) Proficiency in setting up and managing, monitoring and alerting systems beyond Grafana and Loki, such as Prometheus, Nagios, or Datadog Knowledge of database administration principles and experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases in cloud environments
