Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient code deployment.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and updates.
Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
Document processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide technical support to internal teams and customers.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
