Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Maintain, monitor, and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance reliability and performance.
Ensure compliance with SOC 2 security and operational standards (encryption, MFA, monitoring, logging, backup & recovery).
Collaborate with development teams for environment setup, access control, and debugging tools.
Lead incident response workflows and ensure system health monitoring.
Manage Docker/Kubernetes deployments and maintain Helm charts.
Implement and manage observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, New Relic, etc.).
Assist in building secure and automated infrastructure pipelines and DevOps tools.

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and configuration management.
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerized deployments.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and incident management skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure roles is acceptable.
