Job Summary

DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS native tools (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy) and Jenkins.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using

    Amazon EKS (Kubernetes)

    .
  • Automate provisioning, monitoring, and scaling using

    Terraform / CloudFormation

    .
  • Manage AWS infrastructure services including

    EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and IAM

    .
  • Maintain system reliability through

    monitoring, alerting, and incident response

    .
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure smooth code integration and release.
  • Perform cost optimization and security hardening of AWS environments.
  • Provide support during rotational shifts for production and infrastructure monitoring.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years

    of hands-on DevOps experience in cloud environments.
  • Strong experience with

    AWS

    (EC2, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, S3, VPC, RDS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in

    Kubernetes

    administration and container orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of

    CI/CD

    ,

    Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

    , and automation tools.
  • Experience with

    monitoring tools

    (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or OpenSearch).
  • Scripting knowledge:

    Python, Bash, or Shell

    .
  • Good understanding of

    networking, load balancing, and security

    in cloud environments.
  • Willingness to work

    onsite

    and in

    rotational shifts

    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

    (or

    AWS Solutions Architect – Professional

    ) is

    mandatory for senior positions

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Docker

    ,

    Helm

    , and

    Terraform

    .
  • Familiarity with

    GitOps

    workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD).
  • Experience supporting

    multi-region deployments

    and

    HA/DR architectures

    .
  • Knowledge of

    Linux system administration

    .
