Job Description

One of our leading Financial Services clients is building the next-generation WealthTech platform and is seeking a DevOps Tech Lead to architect, automate, and scale its infrastructure. This role goes beyond traditional DevOps; it’s about integrating AI-driven innovation into secure, compliant, and high-performance delivery pipelines for the financial services sector.


What You’ll Do
  • Strategy & Leadership – Define DevOps best practices, lead a cross-functional team, and drive automation-first culture.
  • Automation & CI/CD – Build and optimise robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) with AI-powered test optimisation, anomaly detection, and deployment intelligence.
  • Infrastructure & Observability – Manage on-prem + cloud infra (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes). Deploy observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) with AI-assisted predictive monitoring.
  • Security & Compliance – Champion DevSecOps (Vault, IAM, secure APIs) and leverage AI-driven threat detection & compliance tooling.
  • Innovation – Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge AI DevOps tools to gain operational and competitive advantage.


What We’re Looking For
  • 6–10 years of hands-on DevOps experience (preferably BFSI / regulated industries).
  • Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Git.
  • Experience in CI/CD optimisation, infrastructure-as-code, and observability tooling.
  • Exposure to AI-powered DevOps platforms (GitHub Copilot, DeepCode, Harness AI, Dynatrace Davis, Logz.io AI analytics, etc.).
  • Leadership track record of managing high-performing DevOps teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in WealthTech, Broking, AMC, or BFSI sectors.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Technology.
