Job Description

Job Title: DevOps Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable and secure DevOps solutions across our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will lead the adoption of automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and best practices to enhance delivery speed, quality, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust DevOps architectures and strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead the creation and maintenance of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to foster a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement DevOps tools and platforms including cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Monitor system performance, availability, and security; define and implement disaster recovery strategies.
Establish and enforce security best practices in the deployment pipeline and infrastructure.
Mentor and guide development and operations teams on DevOps best practices and tool usage.
Drive the migration of legacy systems to cloud-based, containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve DevOps processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience designing and leading DevOps architectures in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
Expertise with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
Experience integrating DevOps pipelines with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Understanding of DevOps for both custom applications and packaged platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
