As a DevOps Architect at o9 Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, executing, and sustaining the o9 Digital Brain Platform across Azure, AWS, and Google clouds. Your primary responsibility will be to identify improvement opportunities and build automation solutions to bring efficiencies and build resiliency in the deployment, scaling, monitoring, and maintenance of the o9 Digital Brain SaaS platform. We seek an ideal candidate with a profound understanding of SaaS applications, multi-cloud architecture, robust problem-solving & programming skills, and a proven history of implementing scalable automation solutions. **Role Overview:** - As a DevOps Architect at o9 Solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping and sustaining the o9 Digital Brain Platform across various cloud platforms. - Your main focus will be on identifying improvement opportunities and implementing automation solutions to enhance the efficiency and resiliency of the platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Cloud Infrastructure Automation:** - Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain solutions for the provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure and o9 Platform using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - **Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):** - Implement and sustain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process from code commit to production deployment. - Enhance build and deployment processes in collaboration with development teams for efficiency and reliability. - **Monitoring and Performance Optimization:** - Establish monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of cloud-based applications. - Identify performance optimization opportunities and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency. - **Security and Compliance:** - Apply security best practices within the cloud environment to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Conduct routine security audits in collaboration with the security team and implement necessary improvements. - **Documentation:** - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, infrastructure configurations, and deployment procedures. - Provide training and support to junior team members as required. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience with a Master's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, OR 10+ years of experience with a Bachelors degree or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure automation, with expertise in any public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP. - Proficiency in Cloud Operations, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and administration of databases like MS SQL and Mongo. - Experience in building & operating highly reliable distributed systems in a cloud environment. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go, along with scripting experience. - Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with a focus on Terraform. - Significant experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Solid understanding of networking principles and adherence to security best practices in cloud environments. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, collaboration, and the ability to work with teams globally across time zones.
