Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Development Manager, located in Unjha. The Development Manager will oversee the recruitment and development of a high-performing sales team, identify and manage sales opportunities, and drive the achievement of business targets. Responsibilities include monitoring agent activities, providing training and motivation, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to compliance policies and procedures. The Development Manager will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to seek new business opportunities and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, demonstrating the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Leadership, team management, and motivational skills to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations in the insurance industry and business ethics practices.
  • Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills for meeting targets and aligning with company goals.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a focus on leveraging technology for improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, with prior experience in insurance or sales management roles being an added advantage.
