Job Description : Min Experience: 12+ Years Responsibilities: 1. Team & Project Management: Lead product development teams for multiple projects focused on digital technologies and product offerings. Establish and enforce development best practices and methodologies. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful project delivery. 2. Solution Design & Execution: Collaborate across teams to shape software solutions and development processes , ensuring alignment with customer needs. Work closely with team leads (TLs) to define software solutions and oversee day-to-day technical execution . 3. Development & Maintenance: Participate in the design, review, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade end-user software, preferably in the Insurance / BFSI domain . Ensure compliance with project plans , timelines, and industry standards. 4. Business & Technical Analysis: Analyze and transform business requirements into detailed design specifications at system and programming levels. Estimate effort and timelines for proposed changes and development tasks. 5. Post-Implementation Support: Provide support for production environments , including troubleshooting and analysis of issues. 6. Strategic Leadership: Drive innovation in development practices and processes to ensure scalability and performance. Align software development initiatives with the long-term goals of the organization and its customers. Must-Have Skills: Education: BE/MS/MCA or higher degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field. Experience: 12+ years of development experience in relevant technologies with a strong track record of delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in backend development with Java . Strong experience with at least one of the following technologies: Apache Kafka / Confluent Kafka / Event Hub. MongoDB. Knowledge of microservices architecture , preferably in cloud environments . Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies , including: CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm. Core Skills: Proven ability to engineer large-scale, high-availability consumer web applications . Deep understanding of software engineering across all phases of the development lifecycle. Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently . Creative, innovative, and equipped with strong leadership capabilities . Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
