Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Franchise Manager based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Franchise Manager will oversee franchise operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive franchisee performance. Responsibilities include managing relationships with franchise partners, conducting market research, developing growth strategies, and providing training and support to franchisees. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, addressing operational issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
