Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Extensive experience in technology-driven solutioning and support.
Proficient in implementing tech platforms, including system understanding, APIs, interfaces, warehousing, dashboarding, and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of the BFSI domain, enabling integration with tracking and data platforms to enhance solutions for portfolio risk monitoring, NPA management, strategic exits, liquidation, and litigation management.
Skilled in conceptualizing and translating business needs into functional tech platforms, aligning with architectural and design principles, adhering to regulatory and security norms, and driving ROI for the business.
Adept at handling ambiguity, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiar with cloud technologies such as Azure, Platform as a Service (e.g., SharePoint Online, Salesforce.com CRM), and ETL tools like Talend/SSIS.
Experienced in Agile Scrum methodologies.
Capable of managing third-party vendors and resources.
Program management skills for driving technological changes.
Solid data management fundamentals, proficient in Excel, and basic data analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 5-6 years of experience in managing applications preferably in Wholesale and Corporate lending environment

Minimum Graduation preferably in IT or Engineering, relevant certifications will be added advantage
