Development Engineering Expert - ITOM ServiceNow

As a Development Engineering Expert for IT Operations Management (ITOM) at SAP, you will play a crucial role in transferring business demands into solution architecture to drive the IT Operations Management landscape used by thousands of users globally. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with business owners, product managers, and other experts in a large agile team. You will ensure that business demands are well understood and documented in agile artifacts like epics, features, and user stories, contribute to technical and architecture concepts, and participate in the implementation and operations of SAP's Service Management application landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Transfer business demands to solution architecture for IT Operations Management - Collaborate with business owners, product managers, and other experts in an agile team - Ensure business demands are understood and documented in agile artifacts - Contribute to technical and architecture concepts - Implement and operate SAP's Service Management application landscape - Harmonize and optimize SAP's support & cloud operations processes - Focus on delivering a simple, stable, effective, and desirable customer service management platform - Serve all SAP lines of business and cross teams Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Proficiency in agile methodologies and artifacts - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Knowledge of ServiceNow applications including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Security Operations Management (SecOps) - Ability to work effectively in a large agile team At SAP, you will find a place where you can prioritize your well-being, belong, and grow.
