Job Title: Web Developer (Adobe Cloud/WordPress & CMS Integration) Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 5 Years Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our marketing team and play a key role in website development, integration, and maintenance. While this position is part of the marketing team, it will report directly to the IT department, ensuring a balance between technical efficiency and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Magento and integrating new designs into CMS platforms while maintaining and optimizing the website post-launch. Collaboration is crucial in this role, as you will work closely with designers, SEO specialists, and content creators to enhance the digital experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based websites and CMS platforms to support marketing initiatives. Implement and integrate new website designs that align with marketing goals. Ensure website functionality, performance optimization, and security compliance. Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and content creators to execute web-based marketing strategies. Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance while troubleshooting issues efficiently. Optimize website architecture, usability, and mobile responsiveness to enhance user experience. Maintain documentation on development processes and configurations for IT reference. Stay updated with modern web programming trends to enhance functionality. Required Skills & Qualifications: At least 5 years of web development experience. Expertise in Magento, Wordpress and CMS-based platforms. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and backend development principles. Experience integrating APIs and third-party services to improve functionality. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues within a marketing-focused web environment. Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with marketing and IT teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with WordPress is a strong plus. Understanding of eCommerce optimization and UX design principles. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console. Why Join Us?
