Role & responsibilities Responsibility for on-boarding properties into the Sales platform after proper due diligence. This may involve structuring of the product & commission structure to optimize client value and Proptiger value. Being responsible for collections from the Developers. Combination of total commissions from products on-boarded and collections done. Being responsible for generating revenues from B2B sales of different PropTiger offering to developers. Preferred candidate profile 8+ years of work experience, with a meaningful part in Real Estate Broking. Experience of having dealt with various developers, should have understanding of the Primary residential sector. Some experience of collections in the Real Estate sector. Meaningful relations with Developers in the City. High level of positive energy. High level of integrity and ethics.
