Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (MERN) who can independently design, develop, and maintain web applications. You will work directly under our Development Manager, taking full responsibility for projects from start to finish — from front-end user interfaces to back-end systems and database management.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Ownership

• Build scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Take full ownership of projects, from initial design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Implement both front-end and back-end functionality with a strong focus on performance and security.

Front-End (React.js)

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers.

Back-End (Node.js & Express.js)

• Design and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Handle authentication, data validation, and server-side logic.
• Ensure scalable, secure integration with databases and third-party services.

Database (MongoDB)

• Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB schemas.
• Ensure smooth data handling for high-performance applications.

Deployment & Maintenance

• Deploy applications on cloud or hosting platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Monitor, debug, and maintain applications post-launch.
• Provide updates, patches, and new feature rollouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with MERN stack development.
• Strong skills in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Ability to handle end-to-end application development independently.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication systems (JWT/OAuth), and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure).
• Basic knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)

Pay: ₹8,866.98 - ₹71,218.07 per month
