Job Description: Medline India is looking for a developer with strong experience in building Low Code applications using Power Platform. The developer will effectively use strong technical experience to contribute to support, development, and solution delivery phases of application development. Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages Architect robust data models and implement complex business logic Create and optimize workflows and business processes using Power Automate Develop custom connectors and integrate with external systems through APIs Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for security, performance, and scalability Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Adhere to coding best practices and standards and educate others on these practices Collaborate with-in and outside teams as required Document technical specifications and maintain solution documentation Work Experience: 5-7 years of overall experience of custom application development and support experience Required Skills: 2+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform Advanced expertise in Power Apps development (both Canvas and Model-driven) Strong proficiency with Power Automate for complex workflow automation Experience building and maintaining Power Pages websites Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Solid understanding of Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) Experience with SharePoint and SharePoint Online integration Experience with AI Builder and/or Power Virtual Agents Experience with API integration and custom connector development Knowledge of SQL and database design principles Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Additional Preferred Skills: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Developer Expert certification Experience with Agile development methodologies, JIRA Experience with Power BI for data visualization and analytics Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Data Lake Storage Gen 2, Azure SQL database, and Microsoft Fabric Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience Show more Show less
