As a Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining innovative technology solutions for our Retail Assets Delivery department. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement software applications and solutions for Retail Assets Delivery using the latest technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the banking industry Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet quality standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js Familiarity with database management systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases Experience with Agile development methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional Parameters Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus Knowledge of digital banking and analytics is highly desirable Experience with cloud computing and DevOps is a plus If you are passionate about technology and want to be a part of a fast-paced and innovative team, then IDFC FIRST Bank is the perfect place for you.
