Job Title: Coveo Search DeveloperJob Location: PAN IndiaOverview of the Role: The Coveo Search Developer is responsible for developing and implementing scalable search solutions using the Coveo Intelligent Search Platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance search functionality and improve user experience across enterprise-level platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement advanced search solutions for internal and external websites, integrating multiple content sources.Assist in the implementation of a unified federated website search solution that supports multiple sources, languages, and channels.Collaborate with architects and technical leads to align search implementations with technical roadmaps and performance optimization strategies.Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement data indexing, ranking algorithms, and real-time search features.Integrate search capabilities with CMS and backend systems to enhance search relevance and user experience.Conduct performance tuning and monitor search metrics to continuously improve search relevance and results.Develop headless search architecture using API-based solutions for flexible search functionalities.Implement AI/ML-powered features such as auto-suggestions and personalization for contextual search.Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams regarding search functionality and integration.Skill Requirements:7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on search technologies.Experience with the Coveo Intelligent Search Platform or similar search technologies.Strong understanding of search ranking models, query pipelines, and indexing strategies.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.Familiarity with AI/ML models in search contexts, including BERT, transformers, and LLMs.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Other Requirements (Optional):Experience with search security and access control mechanisms.Understanding of SEO principles, metadata structuring, and content optimization.Enhancements:Highlight opportunities for professional growth and learning within the role.Emphasize the collaborative and innovative work environment.
