Developer - Full Stack Web

As a talented and passionate Full Stack Web Developer with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), you have the opportunity to join iDream Education's mission-driven team. Your role will involve developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and impactful web applications that address real-world challenges in education technology, especially in low-connectivity contexts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). - Design and build secure and scalable REST APIs and develop optimized data models in MongoDB (and other databases) for scalable and secure performance. - Implement user-friendly frontend features using React, Ejs, etc., focusing on responsive design, performance, and seamless integration with backend services. - Work closely with Product, Design, Content, and QA teams to define, develop, and deliver complete end-to-end features. - Debug, profile, and optimize application performance; write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality and stability. - Actively participate in code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and contribute to technical decision-making. - Integrate or build CMS-driven applications to efficiently manage and deliver diverse educational content. - Contribute actively to solving unique, real-world challenges in education technology, driving the social mission forward. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven 2 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJs, and ReactJs, with a solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. - Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and experience handling large datasets. - Experience working with Firebase services and good practical knowledge of AWS services and managing application deployments. - Extensive experience with GitHub for version control, including advanced branching strategies and pull request workflows. - Familiarity with various CMS platforms and experience building CMS-driven or content-heavy applications. - Specific experience in ed-tech or similar projects that operate effectively in environments with offline or low-connectivity challenges. - Strong problem-solving skills, proactive willingness to take complete ownership of features, and a genuine interest in education technology and social impact.
