Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Power Automate and Automation Anywhere along with domain experience in Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help streamline our processes. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel. Responsibilities Develop and maintain automation workflows using MS Power Automate to improve efficiency in Finance & Accounting processes.Utilize Automation Anywhere to design build and deploy automation solutions that meet business requirements.Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to identify opportunities for process automation and implement effective solutions.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation workflows to ensure smooth operation.Conduct regular reviews and updates of automation processes to ensure they remain effective and up-to-date.Document all automation processes and workflows to maintain a clear record of changes and updates.Train and support team members in the use of automation tools and best practices.Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation activities.Participate in project planning and provide input on automation-related tasks and timelines.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate automation solutions.Stay updated with the latest developments in automation technologies and best practices.Contribute to the overall success of the company by improving efficiency and reducing manual workload through automation. Qualifications Possess strong experience in MS Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.Have a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting processes and requirements.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in documenting and maintaining automation workflows.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Have the ability to train and support team members in automation tools.Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in automation technologies. Certifications Required Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
