Roles & Responsibilities Manage and maintain site material inventory including receipt, storage, and issue of materials. Verify incoming materials with Purchase Order, Delivery Challan, Invoice & site requirement. Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and update stock registers / Excel / ERP daily. Issue materials based on Material Request / Issue Slip approved by Site Engineer / Project Manager. Maintain minimum stock level and inform the purchase team for requirements. Ensure proper handling & safe storage of construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, bricks, electrical, plumbing & finishing materials. Maintain records of tools, equipment & returnable items . Conduct physical stock audits and reconcile with system records. Prepare daily / weekly stock & material consumption reports . Maintain the store area neat, safe, and organized to prevent damage or loss. Coordinate with procurement, accounts, logistics & site engineers . Skills Required Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management. Strong documentation & record-keeping skills. Good communication & coordination. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Tally / ERP preferred). Language Kannada & Hindi – Mandatory English (preferred) Qualification Any Degree / Diploma Experience: Minimum 1–4 years in construction field Age Limit No Age Restriction – Experienced candidates of any age can apply.
