Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support R&D engineers in
concept design, CAD modeling, and drawing preparation
.
Assist in
prototype fabrication, assembly, and testing
of mechanical and tooling components.
Conduct
measurement, data collection, and analysis
during product trials.
Help in
documentation
of design changes, test results, and engineering reports.
Coordinate with
production, quality, and design teams
to implement new developments.
Maintain records for
BOM (Bill of Materials)
and part drawings.
Participate in
continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, Value Engineering)
.
Ensure
compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
during all R&D activities.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of
engineering fundamentals
(Mechanical / Automobile / Tool Design).
Proficiency in
CAD tools
like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
Basic understanding of
manufacturing processes
, tolerances, and materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
