Desynq is a Web3-powered design platform where creators can mint their work as NFTs, prove true digital ownership, and get hired directly by clients—all within a decentralized, secure ecosystem. We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to take full ownership of the development side and build the platform alongside the founder. If you're passionate about building, have a strong grasp of Web3 fundamentals, and are ready to bring a vision to life with clean, scalable code then this role is for you. What You’ll Work On 1) Build and scale the full tech stack (backend APIs, frontend UI, blockchain integrations) 2) Develop and deploy smart contracts (ERC-721 / ERC-1155) for NFTs 3) Integrate Web3 wallet authentication (MetaMask, WalletConnect) 4) Handle secure file storage (IPFS) and interact with blockchain providers (Infura, Alchemy) 5) Ensure performance, security, and clean UX across the platform You Should Have Knowledge Of 1) Frontend: React.js / Next.js, TailwindCSS or similar 2) Backend: Node.js, Express or NestJS, PostgreSQL or MongoDB 3) Smart Contracts: Solidity, Hardhat / Foundry, OpenZeppelin 4) Web3 Tools: Ethers.js or Web3.js, NFT standards, wallet integration 5) Infrastructure: IPFS, Infura / Alchemy, Vercel or AWS (nice to have) Who You Are? 1) You’re knowledgeable in Web3 development and eager to keep learning 2) You’re consistent, reliable, and take full ownership of what you build 3) You can turn concepts into working, user-focused solutions 4) You value clean, scalable code and care deeply about product quality 5) You’re excited to join as a co-founder (equity-based) and commit long-term What You’ll Get 1) Co-founder title + equity ownership 2) Full control over tech decisions, tools, and architecture 3) A partner focused on product, branding, and execution 4) The opportunity to shape a platform redefining how design is owned and valued in Web3
