Despatch Officer / Executive

• Experience 3 Yrs + , Previous experience in a dispatch, store, or logistics role

Requirements and skills Knowledge of relevant documentation, such as GST and E-way bills Good verbal and written communication skills Advisable to have knowledge of Pipe & Fittings Computer SkillMS-Office , Internet & Outlook

Core Responsibilities

●Logistics and shipping coordination: Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics partners (transporters, couriers) to schedule the collection and delivery of finished products. Arrange all-India vehicle loading for dispatches and ensure goods are loaded and unloaded correctly. Track and monitor shipments, providing status updates to management and customers as needed.

●Documentation and record-keeping: Prepare and generate all necessary dispatch documents, including tax invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, E-way bills, and gate passes. Ensure all dispatch paperwork is filed and maintained accurately for future reference and statutory audits. Reconcile and submit acknowledged delivery challans and other documents to the accounts department.

●Inventory and stock management: Confirm product quality and verify stock levels before packing and dispatch. Maintain the finished goods stock as per the marketing plan and coordinate for any stock-related queries. Accurately record outward material and manage inventory within the company's ERP system.

●Quality and safety control: Ensure goods are packaged securely and accurately according to company and customer standards to prevent damage during transit. Verify that products and packages conform to specifications before dispatch. Enforce and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including handling procedures.

●Communication and problem-solving: Act as the primary point of contact with transporters, customers, and internal teams regarding dispatch queries. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the dispatch process promptly, such as delays or stock mismatches. Immediately inform supervisors of any significant delays or concerns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
