Desktop Support Specialist with Cloud Expertise_ Thane Location Location: Wagle Estate, Thane Work Timing: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off) Job Description: We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist with strong cloud technology knowledge to join our IT team. You will provide technical support for end-users, solve hardware and software issues, and manage cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Provide support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (OS, apps, network). Work with teams to maintain and update systems. Install and configure hardware (monitors, printers, etc.). Support cloud applications and manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS). Monitor cloud services for uptime and availability. Manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Document troubleshooting steps and create guides. Train users on new technologies like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Track IT issues and ensure timely resolution within SLAs. Assist with system upgrades and backups. Ensure security and data protection compliance. Skills & Qualifications: Experience in Desktop Support or similar roles (Windows, macOS). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and networking (DNS, VPN). Good communication and customer service skills. Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS) are a plus. Experience with IT security tools and asset management.
